I’m definitely a creature of habit, so yes—I have a routine that keeps me grounded. I start the day with a big breakfast and my morning prayers. Once that settles, I’ll hit the gym or get outside for some light movement—nothing too heavy, just enough to get my body and lungs opened up. After that, I’ll do a calm stretch session and start visualizing my fight. If there’s time before the rodeo, I’ll grab a quick nap so I feel sharp and fully recharged. Once I get to the arena, things get chaotic fast, so the only thing I stay strict on is making time for a long, focused warm-up to make sure I’m physically and mentally ready to go.
