For Hats and Apparel items, this means no signs of wear and that all tags are still attached.  Shoes should be tried on inside only and not be worn outside.  All non-wearable items must show no signs of use and be in the original packaging.

  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Your desired outcome (refund, store credit/gift card, swap for new item)
