For Hats and Apparel items, this means no signs of wear, and that all tags are still attached. Shoes should be tried on inside only and not worn outside. All non-wearable items must show no signs of use and be in the original packaging.

"I love the design but all 3 shirts I ordered seemed to be labeled 1 size off. I've worn 3X shirts for years without issue and these seem like a 2X. 1 I had to give away to my son and the other 2 won't fit if they shrink in the wash. I really like the designs on them too but I'm afraid to wash them. If they actually were sized correctly I would give 5 stars."
