We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase, which is why we accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase, as long as merchandise is still in new condition.

For Hats and Apparel items, this means no signs of wear and that all tags are still attached.  Shoes should be tried on inside only and not be worn outside.  All non-wearable items must show no signs of use and be in the original packaging.

If you need to return an item, please send an email request to info@getyourhooey.com and include:

• Order Number
• Reason for return/exchange
• Your desired outcome (refund, store credit/gift card, swap for new item)

PLEASE NOTE that only store credit, or exchanges for items of equal or lesser value, are allowed with items purchased on clearance.  We cannot issue refunds for items purchased at a discount of 40% or higher.
