"First, I’d like to thank y’all for the opportunity to get a hat and for supporting the relief efforts for the disastrous flood. I really appreciate everything y’all have done to help people during this time. ❤️ Texas Strong! I’ve been a fan of your hats for a while and own several that I love wearing—especially the Arc and Texican styles. However, this particular hat feels a little uncomfortable to wear. It seems like there’s a raised spot right in the middle under the forehead area, which puts pressure on my head. I checked under the forehead pad, but I can’t see anything unusual. When I press in the center, I can feel the raised area, and I’m guessing it’s where the crown of the hat meets the bill. Would it be possible to safely fix this myself? For example, could I use a lighter or another heat source to melt it down a bit? I just don’t want to damage the hat—especially since it was part of the flood relief effort—and I’d like to keep wearing it proudly. Thank y’all again for all you’ve done for so many people."
