For Hats and Apparel items, this means no signs of wear, and that all tags are still attached. Shoes should be tried on inside only and not worn outside. All non-wearable items must show no signs of use and be in the original packaging.

"I love the Hoody but after reading some reviews that said it ran small I ordered a large and wish I had ordered my size which is medium. After wearing it I definitely wish it was smaller and I hope once I wash it that it might shrink a little bit. Everything else is perfect. Great quality!"
