For Hats and Apparel items, this means no signs of wear, and that all tags are still attached. Shoes should be tried on inside only and not worn outside. All non-wearable items must show no signs of use and be in the original packaging.

"I love the style, fit, and functionality of this jacket. I wear it to an office job where I feel like it looks nice enough to go with business casual attire. I walk around in a windy coastal town during the day for errands and the tall collar keeps my face and ears warm, the pockets hold what I need to carry with me.
