For Hats and Apparel items, this means no signs of wear, and that all tags are still attached. Shoes should be tried on inside only and not worn outside. All non-wearable items must show no signs of use and be in the original packaging.

"I need a bigger size, filled out the return/exchange info. Shipping label couldn’t be created so I sent an email. Had to send a second email because I didn’t get a response to my first email. Was told I would be issued a refund and could keep the product. I replied stating that I wanted to exchange for a bigger size, but have heard bring back and have received no refund. Love the stuff I bought, quality is great!"
